Virtual Globes at AGU 2007 will involve two types of presentation session:

Oral - Talks lasting 15 mins per presenter (including questions) are given in rooms with a large screen/projector. Oral sessions occur as increments of 2 hours (8 talks).

Interactive Poster/Demonstrations - These are displayed in large halls containing double-sided rows of 6'x4' poster boards. Presenters hang materials in the morning and remove by the time the conference closes that evening. They are expected to be in attendance at their poster during their "official" session time.Each presenter will be supplied with a large screen, table, power and hardwire internet. These will be organized and paid for by the session conveners.
