Talks and Interactive Demonstrations
Virtual Globes at AGU 2008 will including sessions involving with two types of presentation:
Interactive Poster/Demonstrations - These are displayed in large halls containing double-sided rows of 6' x 4' poster boards. Presenters hang materials in the morning and remove by the time the conference closes that evening. They are expected to be in attendance at their poster during the official session time. Each presenter will have access to a large plasma screen, table, power and hardwire internet. These presentations will form session I and session II.
Talks - Each lasting 15 mins per presenter (including questions) are given in rooms with a large screen/projector. Oral sessions occur as increments of 2 hours (8 talks). These presentations will form session III and session IV.
